Did you happen to use a reference for the hands but not for the face? The hands have so much more detail, they draw my attention instantly. In contrast the face looks adorable and beautiful but less detailed and realistic. Although I can tell you really liked painting her lips, looks like you had fun there. :)

To be quite honest I rendered the parts I was most comfortable with in the most detail. I used a reference for her face, specifically the lighting because I've never painted a low-lit face or a female. Everything else I did by feel. Thanks!
